These Terms and Conditions govern all limousine and chauffeured services provided by Austin Five Star Limos. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Airport Transfers

  • Transfers are based on Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS).

  • All airport transfer rates include:

    • Flight tracking

    • Meet & Greet service (by baggage claim or outside customs for international flights)

    • Airport fees

  • International and FBO arrivals are billed as 1.5 hours minimum.

  • Transfers outside designated service zip codes are billed at a 2-hour minimum.

  • Zone-to-zone transfers are charged based on the furthest zone.

  • Airport transfer rates are not valid during special events (see Section 7).

2. Live Trip Charges

  • Parking fees, tolls, and other out-of-pocket expenses will be added to the final invoice.

3. Additional Stops

  • Sedan or SUV stops of 15 minutes or less: $35 charge.

  • Stops longer than 15 minutes: charged at a 2-hour minimum rate.

4. Early Morning Transfers

  • A $25 fee applies to all sedan and SUV transfers scheduled between 11:30 PM and 6:30 AM.

5. Wait Time Policy

  • Airport arrivals include a 30-minute grace period after flight landing.

  • Non-airport transfers include a 15-minute grace period.

  • After grace period:

    • $35 wait time fee for 16–30 minutes.

    • Beyond 30 minutes: transfer converts to a 2-hour minimum charge.

  • Reservations involving two or more flight arrivals will be billed at the vehicle’s hourly minimum.

6. Holiday Surcharge

A $35 holiday fee applies to sedan and SUV transfers on the following holidays:

  • Easter

  • Memorial Day

  • Labor Day

  • 4th of July

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

  • New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day

7. Special Events

Rates and minimums vary depending on the event type and size. Please contact our Reservations Department for availability, applicable rates, and minimum requirements.

All special event bookings are fully billable upon confirmation, events include (but are not limited to):

  • Football and Soccer Games

  • Moody Center Concerts

  • Circuit of The Americas Concerts

  • Formula 1

  • MotoGP

  • CMT Music Awards

  • SXSW – South by Southwest

8. Payment & Billing

  • All charges are billed to the client’s payment method on file.

  • Additional charges (wait time, stops, tolls, parking, etc.) will be applied to the final invoice.
